I spoke with a very nice woman by the name of Yolanda. Apartment hunting is stressful, and Yolanda made my experience this afternoon fun. The community is beautiful and with staff like Yolanda I was almost ready to apply. Only con for me was lack of washer and dryer hookups. I’ve lived here for about a month and half and it’s been very nice. Sometimes people play their music but I don’t mind that personally.

Yolanda never made me feel like I was bothering her at any point in the tour. She was kind and friendly, and easily spent more than 15 minutes in the sweltering heat showing me all her community has to offer, including a ride to the fitness center located across the street. I felt compelled to leave a review and acknowledge her for her great customer service. Charming Tudor in the heart of University Park walking distance to HPMS. The home has a functional floor plan with all main living on first floor including 2 living areas, dining room, galley kitchen and breakfast area. On the second floor there are 3 spacious ensuite bedrooms.

I feel very safe living here, management has always treated me well and the tiny maintenance requests I have had have all been taken care of quickly. The neighbors are pretty quiet and the complex is always clean, including the pool. There is almost always a sheriffs car patrolling, which I love. The building seems to consist of a lot of families with young kids. I feel very safe here and I’ve really enjoyed living here.
